With the help of these models, our clients receive early information concerning segments that are prone to cancellation. The models also give recommendations as to when insurers should approach their clients in order to prevent cancellation.
We also apply similar approaches in the sections cross-selling and transformation. In combination with multivariate loss models, they constitute a basic element of our client value models.
